General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to products and services provided by Distinctive Web Creations. Ordering any products or services offered on our website indicates that you have read, understand and accept these terms.
Unless indicated otherwise, all prices displayed for products and services on this site are in Australian dollars.
The following services require a 50% non-refundable deposit before commencement of development for the following services:
- Pre-designed website
- Custom-designed website
- Website redesign
- Web Programming
This deposit will be required once design or programming features have been finalised and accepted by you, but before actual development of your works commences.
On satisfactory completion of your site and/or program, payment of the outstanding balance is required within 14 days. Distinctive Web Creations will retain copyright ownership of the created material until all outstanding payments have been made in full, and in the event of non-payment, reserves the right to remove the material from the Internet or disable site services.
No deposits are required for ongoing maintenance, domain name registration or web hosting, however the following conditions apply to payment for these services:
- Payment of maintenance services must be made within 14 days of the work being completed. Distinctive Web Creations will retain copyright ownership of the updated material until payment has been made, and in the event of non-payment reserves the right to remove updated work from the site.
- Payment for domain name registration and web hosting (if applicable) must be made before the domain name registration or web hosting services are provided.
Publication Policy
The aim of the Distinctive Web Creations web site is to provide information on services to potential customers, and provide website templates available for purchase by consumers.
Information contained in this site is suitable for viewers of all ages, and will not deliberately contain objectionable material at any stage.
At no stage will Distinctive Web Creations knowingly create web sites for publication that contain offensive or objectionable material. This includes (but is not limited to) pornography, material promoting illegal activities, and material of a racist or defamatory nature.
All sites created for publication by Distinctive Web Creations will aim to be fast loading, and compatible over a wide range of browser types and versions.
